We redesigned the footprint of this dated early 1990’s property to create a home that meets the needs of today’s modern living, providing much needed additional space, natural light and functionality.
 
The new rear extension creates a new family cooking, dining & entertaining space, perfectly enhanced by the new set of large matching bi-fold patio doors and window, allowing natural light to pour into the room as well as creating a natural synergy between the interior space and the newly landscaped garden.
 
We improved the entrance hallway and adjusted the staircase position to provide a view stretching the length of the home, right from the front door through to the back garden fence, all rooms were redecorated to give them a re-fresh, we installed all new bathroom suites and all bedrooms feature custom build-in wardrobes created by our sister brand, Chinthurst Interiors.
